Hi, I’m Ali
I’m a Registered Dietitian, Specialist in Prenatal Nutrition, and Health Coach who earned my Masters in Clinical Nutrition from NYU.
Let’s help you feel your best.
My passion for nutrition began growing up on a farm in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where I developed an early appreciation for the connection between food and health. Spending much of my childhood training as a ballet dancer further reinforced the impact nutrition can have on performance, recovery, and overall well-being. That interest later became deeply personal as I navigated my own experiences with gut and hormonal health challenges.
I have worked across both clinical and private practice settings, including Mount Sinai Health System and Allara Health, supporting clients through a wide range of health concerns, including PCOS, endometriosis, IBD, and menopause. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to providing evidence-based, individualized care that considers the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
My approach to nutrition counseling centers on meeting clients where they are today while helping them build a clear path toward where they want to be. There is no universal formula for better health, and lasting change looks different for everyone.
I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we explore your goals, motivations, lifestyle, and challenges to develop a realistic plan that fits your life. By combining evidence-based nutrition guidance with practical lifestyle strategies, we focus on building small, sustainable habits that create meaningful long-term results.
I work with individuals looking to improve their overall health, manage specific medical conditions, prepare for or navigate pregnancy, support hormonal health, or pursue sustainable weight management. If improving your nutrition and overall health is on your mind, I'd love to be part of your journey.

a little more about Ali
-
Long before I became a dietitian, my family's farm fostered a deep appreciation for where our food comes from and the important role it plays in our health. That early connection to food continues to shape both my personal philosophy and my approach to nutrition counseling today.
-
Whether I'm traveling abroad or spending a weekend upstate, there's a good chance you'll find me wandering through a local farmers market. I love connecting with the people who grow our food, discovering seasonal ingredients, and finding inspiration for simple meals that celebrate what's in season.
-
You'll never find me promoting extreme diets, food fear, or rigid rules. I believe healthy eating should feel enjoyable, sustainable, and flexible enough to fit real life.
